What's a run?
A run is one time an agent works on a request, for example answering a chat message or doing a scheduled task. A run can include several steps, such as looking something up and drafting a reply; it still counts as one run.
What happens when I reach a limit?
When you reach your monthly runs, agents stop starting new runs until next month. For agents, people, API keys and automatic starts, you can't add more until you remove some. Nothing is deleted.
Do you charge for AI model usage?
No. Your agents use your own AI provider key, so your provider bills you directly at their rates. AQL Cloud shows that usage for your information but never adds to it.
When will paid plans be available?
Soon. If the Free plan is too small for you today, talk to us or self-host. Your agents, documents and history carry over when you change plan.
What does self-hosting include?
AQL Cloud runs in your own infrastructure, with Docker Compose, Helm or Terraform for AWS, and sets no limits. Licence terms are to be announced.
